Optum is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Lake Success, NY. As a member of our Care Delivery team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

Our Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist will provide consultation for primary care providers regarding patient treatment and referrals, provide psychopharmacology, medication management, and psychotherapy, and collaborate with Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinicians. You'll also have access to a full complement of clinical and administrative support teams to assist with patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Residency training in General Psychiatry.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
