About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular team in an outpatient setting. As a Clinical Cardiac Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Job Summary

  • Deliver patient-centered care to patients with various cardiac conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize the Synergy Model for Care to personalize care for each patient, incorporating AACN guidelines and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with 12 months of recent experience within the past five years or completion of a re-entry nursing program.
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS may be required in designated departments.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $42.00/hour to $48.30/hour, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, and family-focused benefits.
