Position Overview

The Katherine Thomas School Program is dedicated to serving students in grades K-8 who face language and learning challenges, including autism, intellectual disabilities, and other health impairments. We are currently seeking full-time Special Education Teaching Aides to support our educational mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist educators in delivering curriculum across various subjects.
  • Support and guide students in adhering to classroom instructions and school regulations.
  • Provide tailored accommodations to fulfill individual and group educational needs.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Implement Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) strategies.

Qualifications:
