Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team in providing behavioral intervention services to students with challenging behaviors. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with our licensed professionals to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that promote positive behavior change.

• Providing one-on-one behavioral intervention services to students using evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Assisting students with managing their activities, ensuring order, and promoting independence.
• Collaborating with licensed professionals to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of student progress and behavior.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with individuals with severe, challenging behaviors.
• Registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Valid driver's license.
