Job Summary

Tradesmen International, Inc. is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our team of experienced craftsmen. As a Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial piping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and connect pipes, tubes, and fittings using various materials such as PVC, copper, and carbon steel.
  • Grind and bevel pipes to ensure proper fit and function.
  • Lay out, cut, assemble, and install pipes according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Test pipe systems to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Repair malfunctions and leaks in pipe systems.
  • Install, modify, and repair fluid systems, including pumps and other equipment.
  • Occasionally operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pipe Fitter or in a related trade.
  • Tools for the trade, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and other specialized equipment.
  • Licenses and certifications are a plus.
