Respiratory Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Landmark Hospitals. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer respiratory assistance and treatment to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Participate in Code Blue teams and rapid response teams, and formulate patient care plans.
  • Manage and administer respiratory medications and therapeutic medical gases.
  • Recognize interrelationships between vital signs, physiological activity, and pathological changes, and take appropriate action.
  • Utilize independent judgment and actions in many tasks.
Requirements:
  • Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) License.
  • Minimum 1 year hospital experience, critical care preferred.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Team, detail, and goal-oriented.
  • Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule.
