Operations Director

The Operations Manager is a key member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, responsible for driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to lead by example.

• Store Management: Maintain an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and supervision.
• Sales and Inventory Management: Oversee sales and inventory management to ensure optimal store performance.
• Employee Development: Develop and train store crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Customer Service: Lead customer service initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with store crew and supervisors.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales and inventory data to inform business decisions.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in computer skills, including data analysis and reporting.

• Experience: Retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in a similar industry.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

The typical pay range for this role is: $28.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
