Corporate Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer to join our Material Handling Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting technical training for internal technicians, working with local managers to track and schedule training, and ensuring that all training is completed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical training for internal technicians
• Work with local managers to track and schedule training
• Complete training in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
• Approximately 20% travel, dependent on candidate's location
• Knowledge of safety compliance for operating equipment
• Traveling between our branch offices and customer sites as needed
• Strong working knowledge of electric and internal combustion units
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work with people of various levels of intelligence
• Technical background with good computer skills
• Desire to succeed and a flexible 'can do' attitude
• Computer programs - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Requirements:

• Language Skills - High: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Reasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
