About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lifeguard to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our pool operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading daily pool operations, including supervising lifeguards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Provide emergency care and treatment as needed, and respond to any level of incident or emergency around the pool areas.
  • Oversee and direct all activities at the pool/pool deck areas, resolving any problems that may arise.
  • Routinely inspect the area to ensure cleanliness and that equipment is in good working condition.
  • Perform various maintenance duties and ensure that all logs are up to date and accurate.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent
  • Possess lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • Flexible to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of lifeguard experience
