Edmond, United States Agape Care Group Full time

We're seeking a compassionate care specialist to join our team at Agape Care Group, a leading provider of hospice, palliative, and pediatric comfort care services. As a registered nurse with 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Our mission is to serve with love and provide comfort and support through compassionate care and meaningful experiences. We believe that every patient deserves personalized attention and care, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with patients and families from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. You'll evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care. Your expertise will be essential in providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their loved ones during challenging times.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes tuition reimbursement, immediate access to paid time off, employee referral program bonus eligibility, matching 401(k), annual merit increases, years of service award bonuses, pet insurance, financial and legal assistance programs, mental health and counseling programs, dental and orthodontic coverage, vision insurance, healthcare with low premiums, a $500 matching health savings account, short-term and long-term disability, and Virgin Pulse wellness program.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a heart to serve patients and families, a strong educational foundation (graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse), and relevant experience (2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, with hospice experience preferred). Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 pounds are also essential.
