About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Documenting patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
