The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service and repair, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems
  • Replace defective parts and perform repairs
  • Communicate with customers and provide updates on job status
  • Work with the service department to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements
  • Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
  • Valid driver's license
  • Refrigeration experience such as ice machines, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, etc.
  • Boiler experience
  • Chiller experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • High school diploma/GED with formal HVAC training
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
  • Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions
