**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Plaza Tire Service. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner, listening to their concerns, and documenting their service needs.
  • **Sales and Promotion**: Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements.
  • **Operations**: Follow proper procedures when cashing out a customer's ticket, including a review of the completed multi-point inspection and explanation of applicable warranties.
  • **Team Management**: Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • **Inventory Management**: Track and manage inventory levels, including new returns, core returns, and warranty parts.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or an automotive-related field.
  • **Skills**: Professional appearance, proven ability to work in a process-driven environment, and excellent communication skills.
