About the Job:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant's interior and exterior spaces. This includes daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and windows.

Responsibilities:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily
  • Maintaining outside grounds
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
  • Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
  • Take out and empty trash compactor
