Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Island Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
  • Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Ability to identify and correct potential security problems
  • Ability to work alone and work well in stressful situations
  • Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
