Counselor (MFLC) - Whiteman AFB

Venesco, LLC is seeking a qualified MFLC Adult or Child and Youth Counselor to support military members and families at Whiteman AFB, MO.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in the Behavioral Health Professions and a minimum of 2 years of post-master's supervised clinical experience.

As an independently licensed mental health professional, the MFLC Counselor will provide non-medical counseling, coaching, training, and education to military service members and their families.

The position requires a strong understanding of the military culture and the ability to work independently with discretion and judgment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with military branch Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure the program is provided within the scope of the contract and meets the needs of assigned installations.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in the Behavioral Health Professions
• Minimum 2 years of post-master's supervised clinical experience
• Mental Health Licensure at the Independent Practice level
• Strong understanding of the military culture
