Our truck drivers are known for their reliability and professionalism, representing Helena with courtesy on the road and at our headquarters. It is essential for our drivers to handle all interactions with customers and team members with tact and diplomacy.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in loading materials onto the trailer.
  • Unload the trailer using a forklift or hand truck.
  • Transport loads along designated routes to appropriate destinations.
  • Collect shipping documents and secure necessary signatures.
  • Return completed paperwork to the shipping department.
  • Remove empty skids from the trailer and transport them to the designated area.
  • Conduct routine service tasks such as checking oil, water, fuel, and tire pressure daily.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
BENEFITS

  • Hourly Wage with overtime pay after 40 hours
*Temporary employees can participate in Helena's 401(k) Savings Plan, with Helena matching 100% of contributions based on the employee's contribution rate and tenure with the company.

*3-year vesting period on company match with 1,000 hours of service.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Hazmat endorsement required
  • Must be at least 18 years old to comply with CDL regulations
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation
