- Promote Oral Health: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, screen for periodontal health, and provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments as needed.
- Screen for Individual Needs: Identify patients' specific needs, including malocclusion, and educate them on potential impacts.
- Continuously Develop Skills: Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance leadership capabilities and business acumen.
- Active State Hygiene License: Possess an active state hygiene license or be eligible to become licensed (new graduates welcome).
- CPR Certification: Hold a current CPR certification.
