Overview:
Allied Onesource is seeking dedicated Personal Bankers to enhance our banking services. If you possess prior experience in banking or have a keen interest in the financial sector, and enjoy assisting clients in selecting optimal banking solutions, this role may be ideal for you.
Compensation:
$18 - $19 per hour, with additional quarterly incentives.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with Saturday hours from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (includes a half-day off during the week).
Career Advancement:
This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth within the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients in establishing new accounts and loans, as well as processing transactions as needed.
2. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend the bank's most suitable products.
3. Collaborate with fellow personal bankers to enhance service delivery.
4. Promote new banking services and current product offerings to clients.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Banker or in a sales/customer service role.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
