Lead Mixologist

We are in search of individuals with substantial experience in the hospitality sector and bar management, who possess a genuine passion for leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor. A strong knowledge of Italian amari is essential. We seek a candidate who combines the expertise to excel, the creativity to innovate, and the humility required for authentic hospitality.
Overview of the bar program (subject to change)
- Capacity of approximately 150 guests
- Service available for both lunch and dinner
- Classic cocktail offerings
- Seasonal specialty cocktails
- Non-alcoholic beverage options
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
- Shifts of 8+ hours, which may include both opening and closing duties
- Creation, maintenance, and updating of the beverage menu (including documentation of drink recipes)
- Training of staff (including onboarding and regular training sessions)
- Support with scheduling and managing leave requests
- Management of beverage inventory (ordering and conducting monthly inventory checks)
