Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide an exceptional customer experience by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized and unique shopping experiences.
* Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
* Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
* Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
* Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
* Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
* Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
