In this position, you will:
Conduct analyses of customer data to uncover opportunities for program enhancement and generate detailed reports on key performance indicators.

Lead research initiatives, including surveys and focus groups, to gather customer feedback and preferences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy.
Offer data-driven recommendations for loyalty program strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Oversee research projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and coordination with external vendors as necessary.
Qualifications:
As a successful Lead Business Operations Analyst on our Loyalty Program Performance team, you will possess:
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Marketing Research, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, customer insights, or market research.
Experience in the wireless or telecommunications sector is advantageous.
Skills and Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams; experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
