At Threshold Rehabilitation Services Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Worker to contribute to our mission of supporting individuals with disabilities.

Position Highlights:

  • Competitive starting pay: $15.00 per hour
  • Sign-On Bonus: $500.00 for new hires

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Worker will perform a variety of essential tasks related to general custodial duties and facility upkeep. Responsibilities include:

  • Daily collection of waste and refuse
  • Regular sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of floors
  • Sanitizing restrooms and common areas
  • Inventory management and supply ordering
  • Setting up and dismantling meeting spaces
  • Monitoring security at the end of shifts
  • Assisting with snow removal and outdoor maintenance
  • Conducting light electrical and plumbing repairs as necessary
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a proven track record in custodial and maintenance roles, along with:

  • PA Criminal History Clearance
  • Pre-employment Drug Screening
