Job Title: Youth Development Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Development Coach to join our team at Preble Mini Minds. The estimated salary for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 per year.

Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families. As a Youth Development Coach, you will work closely with a team of educators to design and deliver educational programs that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children from birth to 5 years old.

Duties:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the school's curriculum and standards.
  • Coach and mentor teachers to improve their instructional practices and enhance student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement initiatives that support the school's mission and goals.
  • Build relationships with parents and community partners to strengthen partnerships and promote the school's services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional child care experience.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications used in early childhood education.
Nice To Haves:
Science of Reading, CPR, Pre K License.
