Job Overview

Masada's Occupational Therapy department is expanding to meet the growing demand for community mental health services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to pediatric clients aged 0-25 experiencing behavioral health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide outpatient community mental health services to clients and families, utilizing a variety of settings including virtual, home, school, and community-based environments.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, exercising professional judgment and discretion as a practitioner and collaborator in the treatment of clients.
  3. Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure seamless referrals and coordination of services.
  4. Participate in group and individual supervision, receiving mentorship and support in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited entry-level program recognized by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education.
  2. Certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy.
  3. Current licensure by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
  4. Valid California Driver's License and good driving record.
Benefits

  • Tier 1: $75,000-$85,000 per year
  • Tier 2: $85,001-$95,000 per year
