Job Title: CDL Class A Route Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CDL Class A Route Driver to join our team at Imperial Trading Co., LLC in Cedartown, GA.

Job Summary:

As a CDL Class A Route Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to our customers in the Cedartown, GA area. You will be working with a team of experienced drivers and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers in the Cedartown, GA area
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) rules and regulations
  • Utilize the company's P.O.D. (Proof of Delivery) scanner to accurately deliver all product and/or equipment
  • Responsible for accurate accounting of delivery paperwork
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
  • At least 1 year (6 months considered) of CDL driving experience
  • Must be able to pass road test
  • Must have an acceptable driving record based on DOT and Company insurance mandates
  • Must be in compliance with DOT's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse provisions
