RN - Intensive Care Unit - Full Time/Part Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Englewood Hospital. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff during designated shifts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required.
- ACLS certification required for ICU, Cath Lab, and ER units.
- PALS or ENPC certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer for ER units.
- CPI certification required within 3 months of hire/transfer for Behavioral Health units.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred.
