About Our Practice

Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio is a leading orthopedic sports medicine physician practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Service Representative to join our team.


Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls, ensuring timely identification of the caller and clinic.
  • Answer all calls in the queue efficiently, handling patient inquiries and appointments.
  • Utilize computer systems to refer patients, set up new records, and provide available time slots.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of medical practice NextGen HER software (preferred).
  • Insurance benefit structure understanding.
  • Basic office support skills, including MS Office, telephone, filing, data entry, and math.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, customer service skills, and pleasant personality.
Work Schedule
  • 8-hour shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • On-site requirement.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
