- Provide instructional support and guidance to students, including one-on-one and small group instruction.
- Collaborate with teachers, Learning Lab staff, and Edible Schoolyard instructors to ensure seamless transitions and effective student learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure student success and well-being.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid California Teaching Credential or Substitute Teaching Permit.
- Proven ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Strong instructional skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment.
- Proficiency with various technologies and teaching tools.
- Bilingual ability preferred.
