- Greeting and registering guests upon arrival
- Addressing guest inquiries and proactively anticipating their needs
- Ensuring accurate room availability and liaising with housekeeping
- Assisting with guest reservations
- Staying informed about hotel policies and procedures
- Facilitating guest checkouts
- Serving as a representative for Lanier Islands Resort by advising guests on various activities available on the island

- Meet age requirements and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Mathematical Skills Competence in basic mathematical concepts.
Problem-Solving Skills Ability to address and resolve issues in various scenarios.
