Property Director

We are seeking a skilled Property Director to oversee all property activities and transactions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all property transactions, ensuring timely processing of work orders and repair requests.
• Attract and educate new tenants, promoting a positive landlord-tenant relationship.
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints, addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment, enhancing their value and appeal.
• Supervise and train property staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or related fields, with a strong understanding of contracts and leases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an asset, enabling better communication with our diverse tenant base.
