Security Advisor

CampusGuard, a Nelnet Company, is seeking a highly skilled Security Advisor to join our team. As a Security Advisor, you will provide information security and compliance consulting services to our customers, leveraging your expertise in industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and report on customer business and technical environments, operations, and compliance programs
• Provide in-person and remote orientation sessions to customer personnel
• Review requirements with third-party service providers and make recommendations for remediation steps
• Conduct gap assessments, perform risk analyses, and provide customers with remediation options
• Participate in sales calls, attend conferences, and prepare industry-related presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of experience in the information security industry
• Industry-recognized information security and/or audit certification(s) required to obtain the Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) certification
• At least 2 years of experience working with PCI DSS compliance
