Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Dialysis team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatment options, medication management, and self-care techniques.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• Current appropriate state licensure.

• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

• Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, with preference given to those with experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
