Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will provide outstanding customer service by ensuring efficient and accurate cash handling for our guests. Your role will be essential in maintaining compliance with all operational standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service by delivering prompt, courteous, and precise cashiering to guests.
  • Manage and balance a cash drawer, including handling cash, coupons, and related inventory.
  • Assist guests with cash transactions, including check cashing and cash exchanges.
  • Process jackpot payouts and support slot operations as needed.
  • Adhere to all cashiering protocols and procedures in designated areas.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints while ensuring adherence to regulations.
Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  2. Familiarity with standard cash handling and internal control procedures is preferred.
  3. Strong guest service skills along with proficiency in math and cash management.
  4. Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, walk, push, pull, and carry weight throughout the shift.
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
