**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA treatment plans and provide behavioral support to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
**Responsibilities**
- Implement ABA treatment plans and behavioral interventions in home, community, and clinical settings.
- Work collaboratively with BCBAs to develop and implement behavioral support plans.
- Provide parent training and education on ABA interventions.
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
