- Administer immunizations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, TB) and provide evidence-based vaccine counseling and education.
- Conduct phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
- Assess patients during intake.
- Measure vital signs.
- Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening.
- Conduct Point of Care testing (including COVID testing).
- Facilitate patient registration and intake, assist with waiting room management, and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
- Order supplies and prepare the clinic to ensure the best patient experience.
- Support our mission to help individuals on their journey to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record documentation.
- Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and conduct Point of Care Testing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and operation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when required by protocol.
- Phlebotomy Certificate or relevant phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.
- Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
- The LPN/LVN must possess a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
- Graduate of a Practical or Vocational Nursing program approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed.
