Store Lot Attendant

TravelCenters of America is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Reserved Lot Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting professional drivers with arrival, parking, and general information, ensuring a pleasant environment for our customers.

• Assist professional drivers with Reserve-It parking program
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and fuel island cleanliness
• Follow proper customer service sequence as outlined in operation manuals
• Prioritize work according to customer and management needs
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations
• Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers

• Dedicated individual with a positive attitude
• Good verbal communication skills and cash handling skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license
