Veracity Research Company is a leading provider of investigative services, specializing in insurance defense investigations. We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and honest investigations to our clients.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced SIU Investigator to join our team of professionals in our Special Investigations Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance investigations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct multi-line insurance investigations suspected of insurance fraud or other irregularities
  • Obtain in-person interviews with insureds, claimants, and witnesses
  • Identify, collect, and preserve relevant evidence
  • Document all findings into a clear, concise, and timely investigative report
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and/or state fraud bureaus for regulatory compliance and criminal prosecutions

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Private Investigator/SIU Investigator, Claims Adjuster, Law Enforcement, Military Police/CID, or other related investigative fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, develop logical questions, and accurately report findings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A customer service focus
  • A strong desire to learn and work as a team
  • Own a Windows-based laptop not older than 3 years
  • Be willing to travel
  • Possess a valid driver's license and provide MVR
  • Current Private Investigator license may be required in some states
  • Must pass a drug test and pre-employment testing
