Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner Scheduler to join our team in a fast-paced environment in the food production industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and planning maintenance on machines for preventative and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate CMMS records by updating all assets, preventative maintenance schedules, and work order elements.
  • Develop and provide KPI reports to the Maintenance Manager to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure an effectively trained workforce by providing regular training and coaching.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in machinery or maintenance.
  • 2 years of experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
  • Industry experience in food production or experience with GMP, sanitation, chemical control, or food safety.
  • Ability to handle physical workload and working conditions.
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or GED, with a technical associate's degree a plus.
