Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the evaluation of Technical Work Documents (TWDs) to ensure compliance with SUBMEPP Maintenance Standards/Requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of maintenance activities to verify that all scheduled and unscheduled tasks are documented accurately.
  • Update and maintain scheduling systems with real-time data to support engineering teams.
  • Manage and access databases related to submarine maintenance, ensuring timely retrieval of TWDs.

Location: Dover, NH

Employment Type: Full-Time Service Contract Act (SCA)

Security Clearance: Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Compensation: Salary is based on various factors including location, education, skills, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training.
  • Recent experience in submarine maintenance planning or execution, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
  • Proficient in Advanced Industrial Management (WEB AIM), Maintenance & Ship Work Planning (M&SWP), and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with submarine overhaul processes and maintenance requirements.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
