Youth Soccer Coach

Job Overview
Soccer Shots - Bay Area is seeking a motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to lead our preschool soccer program in San Mateo & Santa Clara County. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while developing your coaching skills.

About the Role
This is a full-time position (M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm) with occasional evening training sessions. We are looking for someone who is responsible, professional, and enthusiastic about working with young children. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer instruction, managing game-day logistics, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer paid education opportunities, bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of engaging and leading young children in a patient and empathetic manner. You should also be comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children, as well as having reliable transportation and a mobile phone with data. A background in early childhood development or related field is preferred but not required.
