Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Arborist Ground Person/Climber Trainee to join our team. As an Arborist Ground Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tree care crews.

• Learn and perform all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, rigging, cabling, and removal of hazardous trees.
• Properly maintain and operate equipment, including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Implement work zone safety procedures and assist Arborist Climbers and Crew Leaders.
• Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.
• Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.

• Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
