The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage and consumer loan processing, including knowledge of Federal and State regulations and TRID.
The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering information, managing loan packages, and collaborating with other teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
Responsibilities:- Gather information and manage loan packages;
- Collaborate with Premier Relationship Managers and Underwriters;
- Input loan information into various systems accurately;
- Prepare loan files according to regulatory requirements;
- Pull credit reports, perform investigations, and prepare relevant reports;
- Verify loan documents and ensure completeness;
- Coordinate loan closings and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
