Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute behavioral strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
  • Gather and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of personalized treatment plans and provide updates
  • Assist BCBA in training families on the implementation of tailored treatment strategies
  • Respond proactively to the needs and requests of clients and their families
  • Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders
  • Physically engage with clients during sessions, which may involve various physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, and kneeling
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by BCBA/LBA
Qualifications:
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
