KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to devise solutions for integrations, data migrations, and tailored deployments.
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans and scopes of work for integrations and custom projects, including timelines and resource estimates.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for offshore teams.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the projected timelines.
  • Work in tandem with clients and engineers to implement solutions that align custom offerings with our standard product suite.
  • Act as an escalation point, providing guidance and support to technical support teams.
  • Identify potential new product features during trials and integrations, drafting business cases and feature requests for consideration by development and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams within the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of critical projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in software consulting or a customer-facing role focused on delivering technical products or services.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with logical reasoning and strong communication skills.
  • Capable of deconstructing complex challenges into manageable components.
  • Adept at motivating teams towards project completion through diplomacy, empathy, and a positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with web architecture, design, and development languages, methodologies, and architectures such as Java.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services or Securities Base Lending is a significant advantage.
