We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Oceanside Therapy Group Inc. in North County San Diego.
Job Summary:The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing therapy plans to help children with neurological and/or developmental delays build or restore daily living skills and general independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and plan occupational therapy programs to help children with neurological and/or developmental delays
- Conduct occupational therapy sessions to help children develop or regain physical or mental functioning
- Test and evaluate patients' progress and prepare reports
- Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to select activity programs consistent with patients' needs and capabilities
- Current Occupational Therapist CA license
- Master's Degree required
- Two or more years licensed preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
