Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the safety and cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas
  • Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all
  • Participate in aquatic activities and events as needed
Requirements
  • CPR, AED, Lifeguard, and First Aid Certification
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working as a Lifeguard or in a related field
  • Knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
