As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will help secure lifesaving products and critical state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing systems by applying cutting-edge cybersecurity principles.

The selected candidate will be part of the Space - Security & Emergency Services organization, and function as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) in Valley Forge, PA, supporting a variety of classified programs as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Support day-to-day information system security operations, including hardware and software implementations.
- Carry out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.
- Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address noncompliance in the allotted time frame.
- Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.
- Auditing is a large part of this role's responsibility.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of operating system security requirements.
- Information Systems auditing experience.
- Current Top Secret clearance.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard Information Assurance tools.
- Experience with Risk Management Framework.
- Experience with Security Directives, Policies, Publications, and Regulations.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington, or Washington DC is $57,800 - $110,800.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.

Non-represented full-time employees:

Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $66,500 - $125,300.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
