UMC Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Renal Acute Care unit. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess, implement, and evaluate total nursing care for a group of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical expertise and critical thinking skills
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Valid Texas RN License or Eligible Compact License
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
- BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire
- Med-surg certification preferred and encouraged
