Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our team at Jason's Deli. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting our kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
